EPILFREE is applied in two steps: After hair removal by waxing or sugaring, the activator is applied to the empty hair follicle, expanding it. The toner then stops the cellular division of the hair bulb, preventing new hair from growing back. The result is comparable to permanent hair removal with laser or IPL.
On average, a reduction of 8–12% of hair papillae is achieved in one session. Typically, approximately ten to fifteen sessions are required for optimal results.
One of EPILFREE’s outstanding successes is the ability to offer permanent hair removal to all customers. Permanent hair removal is finally possible for very light/white hair and tattooed or dark skin.
The area to be treated should be cleansed at least one hour before the treatment and should be free of cosmetics, makeup, perfume, deodorant, or lotion. It’s best to arrive with freshly cleansed skin.
